Who is Dom?

A defender who reads the whole field — and then rebuilds it.

Dominic Papa is a public entrepreneur. Before founding this firm he played professional soccer as a defender, founded the nation's first Smart Region, led AWS's Cloud Innovation Centers across the U.S., and helped shape digital-equity policy across the Southwest.

He earned his JD from Arizona State's Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law, an MPA and dual BA from ASU, and an Executive Master's from Thunderbird School of Global Management. He is a Marvin Andrews Fellow.
